High Traction Block Element Tread Design An intricate tread pattern maximizes traction and promotes water drainage while maintaining vehicle stability. Deep cross-grooves and lateral siping provide gripping on snow and slush.
Strategic Stud Hole Placement Extra traction power for hardpacked snow and ice can be provided by metal traction studs. The holes are concentrated in the shoulder for top efficiency.
S Performance Rating The Wintermaster Plus in 70, 75 and 80 series is S speed rated, assuring excellent handling characteristics and performance.
Deep Traction Non-Skid Tread A proven tread compound blends traction and treadwear. Tread depths in the 75/80 series sizes average 14/32nds.
Available in Blackwall and Whitewall (WW) sidewall styles.
NOTE: Due to the extreme traction characteristics if this tire with studs installed, it is recommended that tires be mounted in sets of four to provide the best tire performance.
Limited, Prorated Lifetime Warranty - If the tire exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge during the first 2/32 of an inch of treadwear. After 2/32" of treadwear the tire will be replaced at a discount based on the amount of tread remaining. Tire vibration and out-of-round claims are covered during the first 1/32" of treadwear.
