See the RMA form to request an RMA. For more information see our Return Policy. Q2. What type of standard warranty do your tire products carry? A2. All tires sold by Vulcan Tire carry the standard manufacturers warranty. The basic warranty of most manufactures offer (at least) free replacement up to the first 2/32 of wear and then then the cost of the new tire is prorated up to 2/32 of remaining tread. The basic warranty on a tire covers workmanship and materials. What this means is, if the tire is unserviceable because of the fault of the manufacturer, it's covered. If the problem was caused by the car, the driver, something in the road, a collision, or being driven flat, it's not covered. Details of any manufacture's warranty will be supplied upon request. Beyond the standard manufacturers warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitment for any particular purpose. Q3. What type of mileage warranty do your tire products carry? A3. Some of the tires we carry offer a milage warranty, If a tire offers a mileage warranty it will be indicated on the tire's information page by listing a "Mileage Warranty". The "Mileage Warranty" indicated is the milage warranty offered by the manufacture. Remember that a treadwear warranty only applies to the original owner and the vehicle to which the tires were originally installed. The consumer is also required to prove that the tires were properly inflated, rotated, and aligned, replacing worn suspension parts when necessary. Most manufactures require that a tire rotation and wheel alignment be performed every 5000 miles in order maintain a mileage warranty.
